We found this hotel to be in a great location right opposite a metro station, making it easy to get around. It's within walking distance to China Town and located in the central business district, surrounded by shops, commercial services, and restaurants. The staff were exceptionally accommodating, always available to help with any request and offering great service. We appreciated the amenities in the room including air conditioning, mini-bar, electric kettle, and flat-screen TV. Additionally, the restaurant provided a delicious breakfast and special diet menus, and the bar/lounge area was perfect for drinks and relaxation. The leisure facilities, such as the jacuzzi, were an added bonus.
We wouldn't necessarily recommend this hotel to families. However, for couples or solo travelers, it's a great choice.

We greatly enjoyed staying in this hotel, it was lovely little and nicely designed. All in all - had a lovely 4 night stay. Service-oriented team from the senior most manager. Perfect central location very close to the major sights such as the Botanical Gardens and the famous "Trees", business area, and the Downtown Core.

overall the place is reasonably clean and luxurious, it met the demands. gentle hotel staff from the senior most manager, everything was fantastic. the location is excellent and beautiful and short walk from a main street and historic sites. the pretty good restaurant is a nice plus. thank you very much for the stay - would love to stay here again.

Excellent staff, went above and beyond to help with illness and travel. Comfortable room, everything worked well. Convenient location near attractions and metro station. Unique old building with antique feel. Free drinks and snacks in minibar, delicious breakfast at nearby restaurants. Will definitely return.
